Position Overview -

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves commercial cleaning, early mornings or later in the evening, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer service. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities -

Perform a rotational clean on commercial properties. Clean bathrooms, common spaces, and other assigned areas to company standards. Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment. Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures. Report maintenance concerns or property issues to management. Safely lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed. Provide friendly,



professional service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications -

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must. *A criminal record check to be discussed
