- Provide legal support for procurement and sales contracts
- Manage litigation cases with external counsel as needed
- Assist on major projects including M&A; and restructurings
- Offer legal training on compliance policies

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Member of the Quebec bar, fluent in English and French
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of forestry or the pulp and paper industry a plus
