Key Responsibilities

- Generate New Business - Build your book by networking, making strategic cold calls, and pursuing referral leads from current accounts.
- Client Management - Maintain high-quality relationships through effective communication, attentive service, and proactive issue resolution.
- Renewals & Coverage Explanations - Present renewals, explain coverage details, and advise on policy choices tailored to clients’ needs.




- Cross-Selling - Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional coverage options to enhance client protection.
- Claims Review & Analysis - Offer expert claims guidance, managing discussions and resolutions with clients.
- Marketing & Proposals - Prepare marketing submissions, create impactful proposals, and produce summaries to keep clients informed and engaged.

Qualifications

- Licensing - Level 2 Insurance License is required.
- Experience - Proven sales background in the insurance sector, with expertise in mid-market to large commercial lines
- Skills - Excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Attributes - Highly motivated, energetic, and committed to profitable growth.
