M3 Staffing is hiring Construction Safety Officers (CSO) for projects across Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. We’re looking for reliable and safety-focused individuals with 2–3 years of construction safety or site experience and valid OFA 2 or OFA 3 certification.

Responsibilities

- Respond to onsite incidents and provide first aid when required
- Conduct site inspections and identify safety hazards
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and OH&S; regulations
- Complete safety reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote safe work practices on site





Requirements

- Valid CSO certification
- OFA 2 or OFA 3 / First Aid certification
- 2–3 years of construction or safety-related experience
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and emergency response
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and at multiple job sites
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots and PPE
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Assets

- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience on high-rise, residential, or industrial projects
- Additional trades or safety certifications
