Responsibilities

- Drive the continued growth of ERM's Site Investigation and Remediation business.
- Develop and strengthen executive-level client relationships across multiple industry sectors.
- Deliver strategic value through the full spectrum of ERM's consulting services.
- Grow market presence by identifying opportunities and securing strategic projects.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams.

Requirements

- Required BS in engineering, geology, science, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years' progressive remediation experience in a consulting environment.
- In-depth understanding of contaminated land management challenges.
- Demonstrable track record providing high-value service and technical solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
- Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges.
- Advanced degree in engineering, geology, science, or related discipline preferred.
- Certification such as P.Eng., P.Geo., or similar designation in your field preferred.
