Job Summary

Reporting to Production Manager, the key areas of responsibilities of the position are to operate Conversion machines, check and record quality of the product, package the product, process scrap produced and assist the Lead Operator and Shift Supervisor with line set-up and any other activities as requested.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Operate production machines to meet productivity expectations
- Carry out and record QC on the product produced
- Inform the Shift Supervisor if product is out of spec or trending out of spec
- Package product according to the specific product requirements
- Process any scrap produced in the process
- Set up lower level machines
- Follow safety instructions
- Learn the operation of equipment on the line (per Tiers document)




- Assist the Lead Operator and Shift Supervisor in setting up, running and shutting down the lines
- Reliably sign in and out of jobs in Kebrite
- Understand the Fire, Emergency and Safety procedures and act in accordance with the intent
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key qualifications:

- High school graduate
- 1year production experience
- Ability in mathematics
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude
- Team player and cooperative approach
- Positive communications and written ability in English

Relation of the position to others in the company

Works closely with all employees in the Conversion, Engineering, Tooling and Production Management departments
