Position: Cook (Korean & Japanese Cuisine) Wage: CAD$18.00/hour Types: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Korean and Japanese dishes, including Korean BBQ (bulgogi and ribs), bibimbap, noodles, sashimi and rolls, tempura, and teriyaki, in cooperation with other kitchen staff; • Maintain inventory and records of food; • Oversee kitchen operation; • Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements





- Completion of secondary school; • Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
- Skills demonstration may be required.
