Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000 + Commission + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

- Provide a remarkable customer service experience for our clients
- Respond to customer inquiries around coverages, policy reviews, claims and billing

- Support & contribute to Agency's multi-line goals and growth

Requirements:

- Must be able to obtain a General Level 1 License and LLQP License (fees fully reimbursable by Agency)





- Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Fluent in a second language would be an asset
