JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, scheduling, and account management.
The CSR is the first point of contact and plays a vital role in building client trust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Book service calls and coordinate with dispatch.
- Manage customer records and update account information.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide support to technicians and clients during service calls.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
