CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE willing to challenge themselves and others to achieve results. If you are a financially motivated go-getter, ready to be empowered to grow, we would like to talk to you about joining our team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Can handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiry
- Perform customer verification
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated Department or personnel
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
- Good English communication skills both oral and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Programs
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices




- Knowledge of G Suite and relevant computer applications
- A high degree of initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
- A team player and can motivate other team members
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Background in a logistics account or any related industry is a plus
