Reporting to the Data Center Technical Lead, the Data Center Technician is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical compute infrastructure in our data center.

Requirements

- Diploma, degree, or recognized certification in Information Technology or a closely related field is required. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CDCP, CCNA are an advantage
- Ability to understand and assist in diagnosing complex issues related to high-performance computing environments
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, remote system management, and infrastructure automation frameworks




- Prior experience with command-line interfaces (CLI), particularly in Linux environments
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized operating procedures
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supporting the effective operation of people and systems across multiple data center sites
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Solid personal integrity, openness, and professional honesty
- Ability to develop innovative, practical solutions to technical challenges
- Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- A team player with a strong willingness to contribute beyond defined responsibilities and work across departments when needed

This role requires availability for a rotational shift schedule including day, night, and weekend coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight and maintaining productivity during off-peak hours. A shift premium may apply.
