What You'll Do

As one of our Dental Receptionists, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in ensuring each visit runs smoothly. Working closely with the reception team and clinical staff, you'll help provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays.

- Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM





Please note: While the office is open Monday through Saturday, this position only requires five working days per week, with Saturday being a mandatory workday.

Compensation & Benefits

- $27.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience and proficiency with Tracker dental software

Requirements

- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a dental office
- Experience using Tracker dental software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of dental terminology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude

- Farsi speaking
