About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. Youll greet guests, provide excellent table service, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders, provide menu recommendations, and serve meals promptly
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and ready for service
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to tables
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain strong communication with kitchen and hotel staff
