Director EHS, Director of Corporate Security, and IT Dep., including emergency response, incident management, crisis management, and business recovery Draft and maintain all relevant business resiliency policies and SOPs Develop crisis management and business recovery planning approach, materials, and templates, and implement across all Apotex sites and critical business functions Lead training, exercising, and awareness activities across the business to strengthen understanding of and compliance with business resiliency requirements Serve as crisis management coordinator for the business, in partnership with the VP, ERM Research, recommend/select, and implement fit for purpose business resiliency technology Ensure business resiliency program adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, and meets expectations of key internal and external stakeholders Selection/oversight/management/coordination of external business resiliency partners,



as applicable Partner with functional and site leadership across the business to ensure adherence to all business resiliency requirements, including building, maintaining and exercising plans Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Workplace policies, and HR policies. Bachelor’s degree in a related field ~ Ability to maintain and project calm, make transparent decisions, and lead across all levels of the organization in high-stress situations ~ 10+ years of progressive leadership in business resiliency or related functions in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries ~5+ years of experience building and leading business resiliency programs in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry Demonstrates expertise in Business Resiliency Program leadership, including crisis management, incident management, and business recovery planning.
