- Responsible for the entire Scientific Application Portfolio including Computer System Validation
- Work with GIS and Business Leadership to develop a global Digital Strategy
- Drive the development and adoption of digital leadership capability throughout the organization
- Provide global strategy and leadership on solutions that are practical and scalable
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the global vision, strategy, and program
- Oversee and direct efforts in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes
- Develop and drive global enterprise applications delivery teams to improve speed of delivery
- Develop and oversee global compliance programs governing vendor qualification
- Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers
- Act as an Agile Champion by establishing high-performing teams

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or equivalent
- 10+ years as a Senior Manager/Director within an IT setting
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, IT and GXP controls
- Demonstrated experience providing global leadership
- Demonstrated experience working with large enterprise systems for both IT and OT.
- Strong Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS), Chromatography,



and Quality Management Systems (QMS) skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making and communication skills
- Experience with managing virtual teams
- Strong knowledge of Canadian, US and EU regulatory guidelines
