The Customer Service Representative Floater is responsible for developing solid customer relationships and meeting aggressive sales goals at multiple store locations. Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Cash Handling
- Processing Loans
- Collection Calls
- Interacting with customers in person and over the phone
- General office duties
- Daily upkeep of the store
- Sales of financial products
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Recent banking, sales, consumer finance or customer service experience
- General office skills and 2 years industry experience preferred
- Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and balance cash and financial transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Must possess the ability to use discretion in the controlling of confidential information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
