The eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketplace execution, content optimization, and promotional activities that drive sales and visibility across our digital channels. Job Status: Permanent, Full-timeShift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pmWork Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) – 401 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON In this role, you will: Coordinate updates to marketplace product listings, including titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content.

Support keyword research, search term analysis, and competitive monitoring to improve marketplace performance.

Assist with marketplace promotions such as coupons, deals, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Support new product launches by ensuring item setup and content readiness across platforms.

Stay up to date on marketplace advertising tools, policies, and platform updates to support day-to-day execution.

You have: Post-secondary education in Business,



Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online marketplace management.

Basic working knowledge of marketplace tools such as Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) is an asset.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
