Job Overview

We are looking for two enthusiastic and committed English Teachers who specializes in writing and reading to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong writing skills, nurture a love for reading, and guide them to excel in writing competitions, earning recognition for their achievements. This role involves creating dynamic lesson plans that spark student interest, providing personalized feedback to help students improve, and fostering a supportive setting where students not only gain confidence in their language abilities but also come to enjoy the process of learning English.

You should be confident in developing your own lesson plans, tailoring them to student levels, and delivering both 1-on-1 and group instruction.

Duties

- Develop and implement a systematic yearly curriculum that ensures students make consistent progress in every class.
- Teach essential English language skills, with a focus on writing and reading, and help students build confidence through regular practice.
- Assign meaningful homework and provide detailed feedback on students' work to encourage improvement.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents to update them on student progress and foster a cooperative approach to learning.
- Work closely with the academic department to plan and coordinate the curriculum and class schedules.




- Introduce students to a variety of literary genres and encourage critical thinking through engaging discussions.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel respected and motivated to collaborate.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate innovative teaching strategies.

Experience

- A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is required; teaching certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching English or related subjects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes is an advantage.
- A passion for literature and education with a commitment to fostering student success.
