About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Digital Printer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. If you are mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a fast-paced print setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing & Production – Execute print production tasks by following detailed instructions, completing job setups, and ensuring proper procedures are followed from start to finish.




- Quality Control – Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, clarity, alignment, and overall quality to ensure all customer specifications are met.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with team members to complete orders efficiently, communicate job status, and support smooth workflow across the department.
- Equipment Operation & Care – Operate digital print and finishing equipment safely, report maintenance needs promptly, and follow all equipment-handling protocols.
- Safety & Compliance – Maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow all company safety guidelines, and report any unsafe conditions to management.

Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience in a print production or similar environment (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Software application skills
- Strong computer and IT skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly in English.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for color accuracy and print quality.
- Ability to stay organized, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
