? Quick Role Overview

Lead, shape and deliver ESG strategies that drive real business and environmental impact—across buildings, portfolios and clients.

? What You’ll Own

- ESG strategy development at project, portfolio and organizational levels

- Integration of ESG into design, procurement & construction workflows

- Oversee data collection, tracking, and gap analysis

- Prepare ESG disclosures using GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB frameworks

- Run stakeholder engagement and materiality assessments

- Interpret ESG risks/opportunities for leadership teams

- Mentor junior ESG/sustainability staff

? What You Bring





- 8+ yrs in ESG strategy or sustainability reporting—bonus for built environment experience

- Deep familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB)

- Understanding of corporate sustainability, risk, and regulatory disclosure

- Experience with ESG data management systems and analysis

- Strong communication for both technical and executive audiences

- Proven success implementing ESG programs or advisory roles

- Excellent project management and leadership capability
