We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician or Nail Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform services including pedicures and manicures.
- Possibly perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and body treatments to meet individual client needs.
- Promote retail sales by recommending skincare products tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and maximize revenue.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a relaxing environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or Nail Technician with a strong background in pedicures and manicures.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their skincare goals.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while prioritizing client needs.
- Experience working at a front desk/reception is a bonus.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and effective communication strategies to promote services and products.
- Certification or licensing as required by state or local regulations for practicing esthetics.
