Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and exfoliations to meet individual client needs.
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring comfort and a natural look that boosts client confidence.
- Provide professional product recommendations and upsell retail skincare products to enhance results and support client goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, listening attentively to their concerns, and customizing treatments accordingly.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment area.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, home care tips,



and available services to foster ongoing relationships.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs, contributing to overall salon success.

Qualifications

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience with eyelash extensions application is highly preferred.
- Robust communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
- Proven ability in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize service revenue.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering high-quality treatments.
