Job Overview: Responsible for developing data-driven solutions, including ETL processes and integrations. Reporting to the Lead, the ETL Developer will support the execution and enhancement of existing and new data-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL/data integration pipelines supporting reporting, financial metrics, and enterprise data flows

Develop data mappings, transformation logic, validation rules, and reconciliation processes. Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance across all integration workflows. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders for deployment, enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvement of data solutions

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data integration issues ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability across systems

Provide support and share knowledge with fellow developers on ETL-related tasks and associated activities.

The Recipe for Success: College Diploma

2+ years experience in data development, ETL or data engineering roles

SQL knowledge and experience with code development (Python, DAX, Javascript)

Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, stored procedures, and query development Hands-on exposure to designing, building, and supporting ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines Ability to translate business/user requirements into technical ETL design and development specifications Working understanding data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting,



and data quality control processes Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation such as data mappings, process flows, and transformation logic Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Collaborative team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment Robust communication skills to engage with business users, analysts, and technical stakeholders Proactive mindset with exposure to identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting process optimization Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to both project and operational support activities in a fast-paced environment
