- Manage the calendars of 2 senior level executives, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support, including screening and responding to emails, answering phone calls, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including electronic files and hard copies.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on a wide range of topics as requested.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the CEO/CFO.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
