As they continue to evolve they are looking for a highly organized, proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly with the Owner and play a key role in both day to day operations and exciting long term initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be the trusted right hand to the Owner, ensuring priorities stay on track while helping move key projects forward.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing calendars, schedules, appointments and meetings

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Handing correspondence and admin priorities

Organizing information, documents and follow ups





Assisting with website updates and digital content coordination

Supporting special projects from concept to completion

Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and project timelines

Helping drive legacy and growth focused initiatives

- Minute taking for annual meetings and ensuring paperwork filed for each company.
