Hi Team,

We are currently looking to add a strong Expo (Expeditor) to our team.

This role is key to keeping our kitchen and front-of-house running smoothly through clear communication, organization, and leadership on the line. The Expo acts as the central point between BOH and FOH, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and presented to our standards.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the flow of tickets between kitchen and service team

Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH to ensure smooth service

Verify accuracy and presentation of all dishes before they leave the window

Maintain awareness of ticket times and support the team to stay on pace

Coordinate large orders and special requests with both teams

Keep the expo line organized, clean, and effective What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and sense of urgency

Team-first mindset with a willingness to support where needed
