The Role

- Provide comprehensive Family Medicine to patients of all ages

- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions





- Deliver preventative healthcare and chronic disease management

- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care

- Build long-term relationships with patients and families

Requirements

- Eligible for independent registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

- Family Medicine / General Practice qualification

- Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills

- International physicians eligible for Ontario registration are encouraged to apply
