POSITION SUMMARY The Fertigation Team Member will be responsible for ensuring our high-value cannabis crops are irrigated on schedule and in accordance to crop demands.

Member is required to mix nutrient solutions, fill out paperwork, collect data from Flower Rooms and maintain a clean and organized fertigation room.

Member is also responsible for organizing and analyzing data collected by team members. This is a challenging, yet highly rewarding position which supports all other departments within the facility. CORE JOB DUTIES· Clean tanks, floors and other hard surfaces within the fertigation room· Calibrate various equipment, including moisture and pH probes· Maintain weekly inventory of nutrient and chemical stocks· Collect and analyze substrate data· Ensure cannabis crops are irrigated correctly via daily monitoring of rooms· Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure supplies and irrigation water are provided as needed· Prepare, maintain and supply nutrient solutions with a high degree of attention to detail· Monitor the status of fertigation equipment including tanks, pumps,



probes and monitors· Regular maintenance of irrigation lines· Preparation of table/line cleaning solutions· Manage daily workflow to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner· Review documentation to ensure completeness following Health Canada requirements RELEVANT SKILLS· High School diploma or equivalent· Adaptability within a rapidly changing work setting· Experience working in horticulture or related field· Understanding of plant health basics· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work within tight time constraints is a must· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel· Self-motivated with the ability to identify, delegate and complete needed tasks on schedule without direct supervision· Strong emphasis on attention to detail· Must be able to carry out repetitive tasks with high efficiency· Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. for extended periods· Ability to work weekends or extended shifts· Previous experience with data collection and analysis considered an asset· Diploma in Horticulture or related field considered a strong asset
