We are actively seeking a dynamic, engaging, and knowledgeable First Aid Instructor certified by the Canadian Red Cross (or equivalent) to deliver high-quality training across our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and compliant Red Cross First Aid & CPR courses (Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR/AED Levels A, C, HCP).

- Adapt instructional methods to suit various learning styles and class sizes.

- Ensure all training materials and procedures follow Red Cross guidelines and protocols.

- Set up and clean up training spaces; manage equipment and supplies.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance and certification.

- Communicate effectively with Brighter Staffing coordinators and client contacts.

Requirements:





- Valid Red Cross First Aid Instructor Certification (in good standing).

- Experience delivering First Aid/CPR training in classroom or onsite settings.

- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to training locations.

- Ability to lift and transport training materials (up to 25 lbs).

- Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
