- Architect and optimize next-generation pilot-in-the-loop CLaws based on handling qualities, performance requirements, and structural envelope protections.
- Validate and verify (V&V;) complex control law designs across multiple testing platforms and real-time simulator environments.
- Ensure all CLaws software architectures strictly align with DO-178B and SAE ARP4754 engineering guidelines.
- Evaluate complex system failures, state estimations, and flight dynamics stability utilizing desktop simulations and live test data.
- Manage the integration of control systems into specialized test rigs and Tier-1 supplier hardware environments.

- Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience developing Flight Control Laws for Fly-By-Wire (FBW) aircraft.
- Expert-level understanding of linear/nonlinear control law evaluation, flight dynamics, aerodynamics, and state estimation (Kalman filtering).
- Advanced control systems design experience handling both SISO and MIMO applications.
- Advanced technical programming and modeling skills in MATLAB, Simulink, and C++.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Excellent communication skills, with full skilled bilingual fluency in both French and English.
