POSITION SUMMARY Provides on-site cultivation for one or more flower room(s). Completes tasks assigned by the Flower Room Supervisor or their designate to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintains quality control measures to ensure high quality product.

Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area. Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, defoliating, cloning, transplanting. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with Health Canada and standards set by The Flowr Corporation.

CORE JOB DUTIES Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, watering, analyzing plant health Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility Be responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including but not limited to light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment and all cultivation rooms and tables Assist the Flower Room Supervisor, Head of Cultivation and QA/QC Manager with tracking plants from clone/seed to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers,



lot numbers, and all other applicable information. Document according to policies the application of all nutrient and/or substances applied to any plant located within the cultivation facility Assist in the harvesting, trimming, weighing, packaging, and other activities as required Assist managers with research, communications, or any other assigned projects/task Assist with physical inventory counts for cultivation supplies and/or product Participate in the team discussions and provide suggestions for improving product JOB SKILLS · Valuable communicator that is organized, and detail orientated · Dependable and reliable, with good time management skills · Experience in a general gardening production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption· Passionate about working with plants, gardening · Confident in self ability to work with plants, trimming, touching, transferring delicate plants · Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods · Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
