Your Job Duties Will Be:• Supervise Server staff including Host/Hostess and Service Assistant (clean-up) staff• Supervise and Co-ordinate Service Assistant Staff with Dishwashing and Kitchen Cleaning• Monitor and supervise food service, quality and food safe standards• Monitor and enforce work safe standards in the Front of House.• Fast-paces workplace and work under pressure.• Training and development of staff – job training, work safety, and hazardous materials
