Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate
Location: Canada (Nova Scotia) 5* Hotel
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Handle food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks as per the menu and guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and beverage stations.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables for service.
- Process transactions and handle cash or credit card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in training new staff on service procedures.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
- Help in organizing events and catering services when required.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
