Job Requirements:

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a food service or supervisory role
- Language: Proficiency in English

Responsibilities: As a Food Service Supervisor at McDonald's, you will:

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning
- Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
- Establish work schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Ensure food service quality control and adherence to culinary standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Foster effective communication within the team
