As the Shop Foreman, you will run day-to-day operations in a 32,000 sq ft modern facility equipped with overhead cranes. You will also manage technician workflow, oversee equipment repairs, and collaborate with field teams to ensure high-quality service and shop efficiency.

- Lead and supervise a team of 510 technicians (starting with 34).
- Manage scheduling, diagnostics, and repair quality control.
- Collaborate with on-road operations and field service coordination.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and performance targets are met.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements as the division grows.
- Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of dozers, excavators, rock trucks, graders, and cranes.
- Ensure work quality, team efficiency, and safety compliance.




- Coordinate with the field service team and support scheduling and parts planning.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed to support critical diagnostic or repair work.

- 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience in off-road/heavy equipment.
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman position.
- Deep diagnostic expertise across major equipment brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, John Deere, Volvo.
- Robust communication and organizational abilities.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to relocate to Canada.
