Your role will encompass the end-to-end development of innovative manufacturing solutions. As a Founding Engineer, you will lay down the technical foundation for Glass Factory, a platform revolutionizing fashion manufacturing.

Your responsibilities span from product development to collaborating with product teams, translating ideas into technical execution. This position emphasizes ownership, innovative thinking, and direct customer impact. Key Responsibilities:

- Own product development from concept to rollout
- Collaborate with Product & Design on scoping and ideation
- Lead full-stack development across backend and frontend
- Manage backend workflows, APIs, and AI features
- Build infrastructure to support product logic across platforms

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in full-stack systems
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and modern databases
- Solid background in data-heavy systems and production
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and Temporal
- Willingness to work in person 5 days/week
