CIBO Wine Bar is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Front of House Manager!

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback
- Responding to customer complaints
- Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations
- Advising customers on menu and wine choices
- Staff scheduling
- Preparing cash floats and cashing out servers and bartenders
- Ordering and managing alcoholic beverages in the restaurant
- Complete any other job related tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Extensive knowledge of liquors and wines
- Robust customer service background and excellent communication skills
- Can legally work in Canada
- Ability to train and delegate
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, shifts including holidays
