- Build clear, responsive React and Redux interfaces for complex operational workflows

- Build APIs, integrations, and business logic using Java and Spring Boot

- Use agents throughout specification, implementation, review, testing, debugging, and documentation

- Create meaningful unit, integration, API, and front-end tests

- Consider failure handling, observability, security, performance, and maintainability before release

- Stay responsible for the capability after the initial code is written, including integration, release, production verification, and defect resolution

Requirements

- 7+ years of professional software-development experience

- Mastery of an agentic development tool such as Claude Code or Cursor

- Practical experience using AI for specifications, coding, reviews, QA, automated testing, debugging, and documentation

- Experience orchestrating subagents or parallel AI workflows
- A strong understanding of context-window management
- The technical judgment to verify, correct, and take ownership of AI-generated work

- Strong production experience with React and Redux

- Solid production experience with Java and Spring Boot

- Professional experience with either Node.js or Python





- Experience building and operating customer-facing web applications

- Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and automated testing
