Leon’s is currently looking for a self-motivated Full Time Appliance & Electronics Sales Associate who is enthusiastic, hardworking and driven towards success.The ideal candidates have a passion for technology and understand the importance of customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. Many of our most successful associates joined Leon’s in entry level positions and with hard work, determination and desire they were able to achieve a level of success beyond their imaginations. Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics for their needs. Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.

Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to finalizing purchases. Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience. Assist customers with order processing, delivery scheduling,



and payment transactions.

Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Work closely with colleagues to achieve store and department sales goals. Maintain clean and visually appealing displays for appliances and electronics.

Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalated complex issues to management. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection. Adhere to store policies, including safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.

Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies when assisting customers.
