As Cycle

Counter, you will play a role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting efficient production operations. You’ll ensure materials are properly tracked, counted, and recorded while contributing to a clean and organized work environment through 6S practices. Perform tasks within established takt/cycle times to meet production goals and customer demand without compromising quality or safety.

Physically count components and parts to reconcile with in-house inventory and ensure accuracy. Notify appropriate personnel of material shortages or overages promptly to prevent production delays and maintain inventory accuracy. Update inventory transactions in the computer system to ensure real-time data integrity.





Conduct cycle counts and enter daily production numbers to support accurate reporting and operational planning. Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional tasks as assigned, inculding the opportunity for overtime. High School diploma or GED.

Experience in shipping and receiving; Basic computer and math proficiency.

Strong

English communication skills, written and verbal.
