Responsibilities

- Engage with company-provided warm leads (no cold calling required)

- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products

- Provide clear and accurate information regarding policy options

- Process applications and maintain ongoing client communication

- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

- Licensed insurance professionals (Willing to obtain or transfer)





- Sales or retail experience is an advantage but not required

- Entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome (training provided)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Must have access to a computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace
