Your role includes enforcing ADP’s credit policies, managing cash forecasts, and ensuring efficient wire client transactions. Providing excellent client satisfaction and coaching team members will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and workflow in the funding department
- Conduct client relationship management and issue resolutions
- Coach team members on communication and performance
- Oversee credit policy compliance and cash forecasting
- Resolve escalated funding cases and maintain documentation

Requirements:

- 3-5 years management experience in finance or banking
- Strong operational knowledge of ADP products
