Responsibilities

- Plan and Schedule Maintenance tasks

Take full accountability for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring all tools, resources, and materials are in place for seamless execution.

- Coordinate Equipment Maintenance

Collaborate with the team to align maintenance schedules with operational needs, reducing downtime and optimizing machinery performance.

- Manage maintenance records

Keep accurate and detailed logs of maintenance activities, inspections, and service cycles, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Optimize tool usage

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Maintenance planning o Minimum 2-4 years in maintenance planning or 3-5 years in industrial setting.

o Preferred: Supervisory experience in maintenance.

Educational background o Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent o Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.

Skills that set you apart o Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling techniques.

o Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership capabilities.

o Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

o Knowledge of industrial equipment and tools
