INUVIALUIT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (IDC) OVERVIEW

ARCTIC OIL & GAS SERVICES (AOGS) OVERVIEW

Arctic Oil & Gas Services (AOGS) provides integrated camp, catering, logistics,



and workforce support for industrial, exploration, military, and construction clients operating in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region and adjacent northern areas.

The Forward Operating

Location (FOL) capability enables rapid, safe, and compliant deployment of people, equipment, and services to remote camps. AOGS maintains disciplined operational readiness across staffing, travel, health and safety, compliance, and financial controls, with an emphasis on supporting Inuvialuit employment and community participation in northern operations.

JOB SUMMARY The General Helper is responsible for supporting kitchen and camp operations in small camp settings. This role requires a flexible individual who can assist in food preparation as well as general camp duties as needed, ensuring a smooth operation across all aspects of the camp environment. The position demands both independent and team-oriented tasks, adapting to the dynamic needs of the camp.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be/have

- Food Safety and Handling certification is required.
- Experience in food service or kitchen assistance preferred.
- Ability to work in remote camp settings is an asset.
- Physically able to perform duties that require long shifts.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. (22 kg).
- Available for early‑morning start times, beginning as early as 4:00 am.
- Comply with workplace dress code requirements.
