● General Manager Job Duties:o Promote and embody the company core values, ensuring all team members are committedo Responsible for providing a safe and secure work environment for all employeeso Promote a Safety-First environment within the workplaceo Prepare and deliver monthly forecast for all flight activities and base expenseso Manage corporate financial expectations to maximize profit to budgeto Participate in annual budget preparationo Attend regular QBR’s with clients to represent your baseo Participate in RFP’s as it relates to your stationo Manage and review Daily Labour Percentage (DLP) /Revenue performance and adjust accordinglyo Manage and maintain carrier/company KPI expectationso Engage in regular employee/leadership engagement meetingso Ensure employees are in compliance with uniform, appearance, and personal protective equipment policies (safety toe shoes, uniform cleanliness, and jewelry)o Adhere to all policies and follow established procedureso Participate in required meetings, providing input and recommendationso Conduct appropriate Operational/Safety briefingso Conduct training and provide ongoing training support to all staff.o Perform audits ensuring all employees are following Company policies and procedureso Communicate regularly with your Director as it relates to the operationo Communicate regularly with all airline customers to foster strong relationshipso Attend weekly/bi-weekly/monthly customer engagement meetingso Prepare and be able to present financial and operational metrics regularlyo Accountable for meeting or exceeding all safety, financial, and operational objectiveso Assess and develop leadership to maximize potential (succession planning)o Have a complete understanding of all contract details by carrier and base to ensure we are maximizing our revenue for each carrier handled.o Identify high potentials (HIPOTS) for future growth and development within the companyo Actively participates in the Safety Management System (SMS)o Ensure GPET incident report (Safety Management System – SMS) is generated and sent out within 3 hours of occurrenceo Ensure all required training is completed to company standardo Perform all functions of all operational positions, as neededo Delegate job duties as required and ensure completiono Ensure timely execution of all required duties and expectationso Travel from time to time to alternate locations to provide guidance and supporto Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment● Exposure to extreme temperature changes and noise● May be required to work in a cold room of 4 degrees or less for extended periods of time● Must be capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis as per the physical demands analysis for the task at hand● Regular standing, bending,



and lifting during shift● Must be able to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending upon type of aircraft● Able to perform job duties outside in all weather conditions
