Your focus will be on shaping Biostatistics strategy that aligns with Roche's research and development goals. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders from PD-DSA, you'll foster innovative statistical methodologies that uphold scientific rigor and drive impactful results. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Biostatistics strategy
- Provide leadership to Therapeutic Area-aligned Biostatistics Leaders




- Ensure early integration of biostatistical considerations in study designs
- Partner with clinical and regulatory teams on statistical strategies
- Represent Biostatistics in industry forums and collaborations

Requirements:

- PhD or advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics
- Over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
- Knowledge of GCP and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle
- Proven track record in building internal and external partnerships
