The Global Mobility Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s global mobility and immigration programs, ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-focused mobility operations across multiple jurisdictions.
This role manages relocation and immigration coordination, supports cross-border workforce movement, and partners closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to ensure mobility programs align with organizational growth, compliance requirements, and operational needs.
The position plays a key role in developing scalable mobility processes, supporting employee experience, and maintaining governance and compliance standards related to global workforce movement.

Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or related discipline
- 3 – 5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration coordination, HR operations, or international workforce administration
- Experience supporting immigration and relocation processes across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with Canadian, U.S., Australian, and international immigration processes and documentation requirements
- Experience working with external immigration counsel, relocation providers, and third-party vendors
- Understanding of mobility-related payroll, tax, and compliance considerations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent cases and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and case tracking/reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and global teams
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or global organization is considered an asset
