Core Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience leading technical testing on large projects with complex applications (including both functional and non-functional testing)
- Demonstrated experience delivering testing-related training
- Expert knowledge of and extensive experience with testing tools, such as HP Quality Centre and HP Quick Test Pro
- Hands-on experience with Java, Websphere Application Server, Oracle Database, Oracle eBS, Cognos, AIX
- Expert testing methodology and demonstrated experience throughout all testing phases
- Demonstrated experience in the creation and execution of defect management processes using defect management tools
- Robust analysis and problem solving skills
- Superior communication skills
Desirable Requirements
1. Experience leading testing for COTS applications
2. Testing and/or Quality Certifications
- Experience testing Cúram based applications
- Experience testing Oracle eBS based solutions
- Experience in testing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant web-based systems
- Experience in testing applications requiring French language content
