BEDA: Business Entitlement Design & Remediation for Tech & Ops Risk BU Support_ Entitlement Remediation’s

Description

- Track all entitlement remediation actions identified for 800+ applications across all firm areas.
- Work with various Business Unit aligned support staff to track remediation actions resulting from business entitlement assessments
- Partner with Access Management support teams, as well as other AM platform owners , Information Tech Security Officers, Business Unit, Info Sec Officers and the business to ensure on time closure
- Make sure all remediation actions have an owner and a committed date for completion, relying on those who conducted the assessments to identify those
- Review remediation’s submitted for closure to confirm appropriate supporting evidence is provided




- Escalate remediation actions that are not happening fully or in timeframe committed
- Spot trends in remediation actions and provide feedback for process improvements
- Work with the reporting team on various program level status reports

Qualifications

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels and between technology and the business
- 2-5 years IT Risk and Controls experience (preferred)
- Access management control experience (a plus)
- Excel and PowerPoint skills a must, Tableau (preferred)
- Program Management Office experience (a plus)
- RSA Archer Suite knowledge (preferred)
