Our global client is looking for a seasoned Guidewire developer to spearhead several major implementations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Spearhead design, development and enhancement of functionality within the Guidewire platform

- Work closely with internal stakeholders/customers/developers/architects and other relevant parties to maintain functionality and optimization of Guidewire platform

- Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure productive software delivery, optimized configuration and demand planning

- Establish comprehensive development skill assessments and ensure constant feedback loop

Requirements

Must haves:

- 7 to 10+ years in overall IT experience, most of which has been within Guidewire Developer capacity

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field





- Must currently reside in Canada and be legally actively allowed to work in Canada

- Deep know how of Scrum or other Agile development methodologies

- Deep know how of XML, Code Scan Plugin/Tools, Code Coverage, GIT/TFS/Subversion, GUnit, Netsparker, Sonarqube and relevant technologies

- Expertise in Guidewire API, Modelling
